Weighing in on aerosol cans is a real problem. In hopes to provide general waste management guidance on aerosol cans “wastes” the discussion on “empty” aerosol containers due to the need to be more self governing. Empty aerosol cans that are household waste are not considered hazardous waste. Federal Requirements for Aerosol Can Disposal Here are a two points vaguely derived in part from federal regulations that many states have incorporated into their rules for aerosol cans: Paradox Aerosol cans from households are not a regulated hazardous waste. Since the regulatory status of a waste is determined at the point of generation (the household), the waste remains nonhazardous once it comes into the possession of the local waste collection department. Failure Perpetuates a Destructive Nature
How much do we really know about fracking First and foremost I want to express that I am no geologist, biologist, scientist or for that matter have no degrees that ends in ology. I do have a Master’s Degree of knowledge in what the words pollution, contaminates, and hazardous mean but then again we are all familiar with those terms right? What I know about Fracking, Hydrofracking or Hydraulic Fracturing is very little by comparison to the authoritative studies of professionals. The use of scientific studies of professionals can lead to a punitively and allusive logic, depending much in part on who monetized the study, respectively Government or Corporate sponsors and then you and I, the lack luster contemporaneous majority. Recycling-Alternatives in Motion Environmental issues has not always been apart of Domestic Clean Up Services behavior. When we started to provide waste management in 1991 we and many waste haulers contributed tons of toxins and recyclables to the Kent County landfills. During the time there was little enforcement or concern about environmental sustainability. Kent County amongst many counties and states allowed for the legal dumping of pollutants. The very dumping of pollutants plague us today such as the two landfills Kent County manages with a shortfall of 48% of $800 thousand dollars annually according to Doug Woods director of Kent County Department of Public Works.
