During the time there was little enforcement or concern about environmental sustainability. Kent County amongst many counties and states allowed for the legal dumping of pollutants. The very dumping of pollutants plague us today such as the two landfills Kent County manages with a shortfall of 48% of $800 thousand dollars annually according to Doug Woods director of Kent County Department of Public Works. I did some research about Computers, TVs & Electronics disposal and recycling such electronic devices. To my own surprise I found only three companies that have a buy back policy. The three out of six mentioned a take back program for free or charge a fee for disposing of it properly. Domestic Clean Up Service has no affiliation or privy of the companies listed.
