OK I’m Jr, and Jen my wife, and we do all the driving, picking up, droping off, answering the phones and website. Family pic on the contact page so you can see who is dropping off the dumpster, and not some weirdo guy.

Come on people texting is NOT always the best thing for us because we are driving( we can text just takes a lot longer). I know dumpster. You know your job. I ask the questions I need. I tell you certain things. I give you a total price out the door. We don’t sit on our ass. WE WORK OUR OWN FAMILY BUSINESS TO KEEP THE COST DOWN FOR MY CUSTOMERS

ITS OUR NAME ON THE DOOR, AND I GET MORE BUSINESS FROM WORD OF MOUTH THEN WE CAN SOMETIMES HANDLE. SO BEING HONEST, AND UP FRONT/ OUT THE DOOR PRICING HAS ITS ADVANTAGES.
QUESTION TO YOU? Will the other guy answer the phone after 5PM (WE ARE UP UNTIL 11PM) and answer the phone on Saturdays and Sundays to help you? Better yet has the other guy returned your call yet, or has it been a couple of days now? I HEAR THAT 3-5 TIMES A DAY. THANKS, JR
IF THE OTHER GUY PRICE IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. IT COULD COST YOU MORE IN LONG RUN IN HIDDEN FEE.
Things such as Fuel Charges, Extra Tonage Charge, 3rd Condo in Florida FEE, Pickup FEE, Drop off FEE, ETC.

FB MESSAGES, EMAILS, & DRIVING VS A QUICK CALL
Sorry to be blunt, but email, texts, or fb messages is not a great way to drive and answer questions.. A 2 min call and were done its that easy. I CAN tell you what ALL can go in there, and if it can’t go in the dumpser I’LL HELP YOU GET RID OF IT PROPERLY. With that 2 MIN PHONE call i will probably take care of 95% of you questions. By messaging for 2 mins we will get 1 or 2 question, AND SORRY BUT MOST PEOPLE ASK THE WRONG QUESTION. Messages are checked once a day or maybe the next day. Sorry i don’t have a girl sitting around playing games on fb. If you want me have that girl then i will have to add more $$$ to YOUR dumpster cost. So its not going to happen. Unless u got money to give away I’ll be more then happy to take all the extra $$$ u got of your hands. lol Thanks Jr & Jen
